I'd want to disagree with that but then again our experiences and data is on some different shyt 'cause my experience would be based off of Hurricanes with sustained winds that actually increase (Irma did that and Maralin in St Thomas..good God) and did more rukus than the rain but us here in the Caribbean take the brunt of the Hurricane's wind power if it lands on us before it makes it's way to y'all up in America so y'all get more water than wind.

Doesn't help that as an island we are getting the wind fresh off the sea without the benefit of land mass like y'all do which sees Hurricanes pewtering out in power when it goes deeper.

Man, fukk the logistics, just stay safe however you get the shyts.

My bad I didn't know you were in the islands, yeah you worry more so with wind than we do because unless you're in Cuba with those mountains, there isnt anything really to cause a great amount of damage to a hurricane your way.

Live Storm Chasing Online

Remember brehs, don’t let your guard down because it’s a Cat 2, this storm has a large wind field. Ivan made landfall at a Cat 3 and nearly fukked up my whole town 100 Miles inland and Opal tore up Georgia as a Tropical Storm.

Look at it this way, people would be flipping the fukk out if it went from TS to Cat 2...I dont understand how they can't take it just as serious now.

Probably doesn't help with all of the storm of the century hyperbole the news was using...
