I’m thinking about y’all man. That flood was fukkin ridiculous! It was crazy seeing Garners Ferry flooded out like it was, water up past buildings. I came down to help our Columbia station with coverage and to see that city that I lived in for 4 years looking like that was humbling.Maybe we're not as safe in Columbia as I thought

Mom does want to go get a new generator though because she knows power is going to go out for at least 3 days
Props man that was crazy. Luckily my home is on a hill so we got no flooding while ppl less than 1/2 a mile a way lost everything. Hopefully this thing doesnt stall right on top of us. The water was so high on the Broad river bridge during Matthew that the water was running onto the road
If that model is true this thing could still be a category 2 by the time it got to Columbia

Not much is made to withstand a cat 4 or 5...depends on location though as obviously closer to the coast will feel the intense winds...
