I'm from Harlem, born 1981. I saw good, decent families DEVESTATED by crack. The friends I had at age 5 were mostly gone (in foster care) by age 7. They came back to the block whenever they got emancipated, destitute, but somebody would take them in just off the strength. From Iran Contra to this shytty law, they all failed black people.
