That dude the lives in Philly but works in NYC reminds me of all the people who always would ask me for money around Penn Station to buy a train/bus ticket to wherever, and both white and black people do this too.

I'd be hesitant to give them money as some across as a scam artist trying to play me

I'd be hesitant to give them money as come across as a scam artist trying to play me

You'd be surprised how many people actually do commute from places like Philly, Boston, Poughkeepsie and such and their working $9 jobs.


But yea don't start giving money to people you'll get scammed in New York
