if doomsday develops immunity to the blunt force trauma caused by the hulk then ultimately he would become immune to anything the hulk could cause. it would take a long time as presumably the hulk would also get stronger but eventually the hulk would stop getting stronger.

The problem with Doomsday is that his debut was so significant that they could never have him at that level again. Hulk would win because of his healing factor.

I think that the hulk would generally "win" individual encounters. however I dont think the fight would ever end considering doomsday would keep coming back.

it seems like you are speaking of specific individual encounters of which I am in agreement that hulk would probably win. however I question if hulk can ultimately "finish" doomsday.
