We already knew hogan was a scumbag. A few years ago one of bubba's cohost saw a cocoa pebbles commercial that used hogans likeness without his permission and told hogan and did all the research which resulted in hogan winning a size able judgment from post cereal. He promised bubba's cohost a piece of the settlement if he won, and when he did, he didn't give him shyt. This was a good 3 or 4 years ago. Bubba actually talked about the incident on his 10/16 terrestrial show where he originally went HAM.

Hulk Hogan isn't the only guy who was caught on tape with Bubba the Love Sponge's former wife ... TMZ has learned there are multiple tapes ... with multiple men ... in the same exact bed.

TMZ has seen three additional sex tapes featuring Heather Clem with other men -- shot while she was married to Bubba -- and in one of the tapes, she even walks up to the camera to double-check that it's recording.

In the footage, she tells her mystery partner -- neither Bubba nor Hulk -- "Is this thing recording? Okay, not that I don't trust you but I will get in trouble if it doesn't."

The insinuation -- Heather and Bubba had some kind of agreement in which Heather was allowed to screw other men ... as long as she recorded it.

As for the other two new tapes -- they were both shot in the exact same style as the Hulk tape ... in Bubba's bedroom with an overhead surveillance-type camera. It's unclear if the two men in those tapes knew if they were being recorded.

But as we previously reported, both Bubba AND Heather were aware of the surveillance camera set-up in the bedroom -- and were captured on tape joking about selling the Hogan footage for big money.

We reached out to Heather and Bubba for comment -- no word back.

I dunno what to believe, whomever leaked the tape, I know that it's a bit of a work somewhere in this. Hell for all we know, maybe this whole thing was just a response/cover up to Linda goin' in saying that Hogan was on the DL and the tape was a way to prove otherwise, trust me, when I say this has happened before in some form of fashion before with other famous men and women. The wrestling legend has settled the civil lawsuit he had filed against Florida radio shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge (real name Todd Alan Clem) in connection with the release of a sex tape starring Hogan and Clem's ex-wife, Hogan's rep tells E! News.
Terms of the settlement, though, are confidential.

Following the settlement, Clem issued a public apology to Hogan, which Clem read on Monday during his radio show, and will do so again on Tuesday.
"I am now convinced that Hulk Hogan was unaware of the presence of the recording device in my bedroom," Clem said. "I am convinced [Hulk Hogan] had no knowledge that he was being taped...It is my belief that Hulk is not involved, and has not ever been involved, in trying to release the video, or exploit it, or otherwise gain from the video's release in any way."
Hogan's personal litigation attorney, David R. Houston, says "Mr. Bollea is pleased that Mr. Clem finally stated the truth and apologized for his false statements."
Meanwhile, Hogan's $100 million civil lawsuit against Gawker Media, which posted excerpts of the sex tape on its website, remains pending.
Last week, a federal judge denied Hogan's petition for a temporary restraining order that would have required the website to take the one-minute, 40-second snippet from the tape down.
A hearing on Hogan's request for an injunction has been scheduled for Nov. 8.

The Gawker.com web site filed a response to Hulk Hogan's $100 million lawsuit against them to attempt to get the case thrown out saying that they did no damage to Hogan's reputation by putting up the sex tape of him.

Gawker.com claimed Hogan had already admitted being an adulterer in his autobiography so a video of him having sex couldn't have hurt his reputation any worse.

A story at TMZ.com noted Gawker claiming they shouldn't be on the financial hook for invasion of privacy because they didn't record the tape, only distributed a small amount of footage, saying it was newsworthy since Hogan is a well known celebrity.

They also asked for journalistic shield laws to be used to prevent them from having to reveal the source of who gave them the footage.
