Not once did WWE say Hulk Hogan would be at SNME in any capacity to the public. Just because someone is used in a commercial doesn't mean they will be there, especially since no other format was used to say he would be.
As far as what Dave said, it's "Trust me bro" as usual.
The earliest I have them showing the commercial is on Dec. 5, a whole month before the "Booing incident." No where does Hogan say he will be present nor does the voice over guy. This was even before the first one aired on Dec. 14th.
