I just wonder why they felt the need to abandon everything. The ideas of action over horror could have been the basis for a new ip. I just wish we could get the atmosphere of re2 with good controls, maybe we can now.

At this point, I would fiercely applaud a RE2 remake like they did with RE on gamecube. They've been hinting at it saying they would make it if the fanbase was loud enough. Best one in the series, one of my favorite games of all time, get it done.

From what i've been hearing tho, re6's biggest problem is that they tried doin too much and the game isn't shyt but cuz of it.

i think the places that gave them bad reviews fukked up because you get 3 different campaigns in one

action - chris
original horror - leon
chris - suspense

and i guess they graded so low cuz of the set pieces and qte's (capcom does need to throw qte in the bushes)

but if the reviewers knew what they were getting with chris's campaign so they should of graded the campaigns separately you cant just hate on the whole game because each campaign isn't like leon's
