Huge Change in Plans Proposed for WrestleMania 29

I find it weird people are complaining about Cena being the focus of things and the belt no longer being important when it seems the WWE is making a conscious effort to change things up a bit.

- Cena has been making appearances on Smackdown, kissing AJ, feuding with Dolph Ziggler, and in my eyes is firmly the 4th most focused on aspect of the brand behind....

- CM Punk, Ryback and The Shield. The show has been revolving around them since John's injury.

- CM Punk's obsession with his championship and the length of his reign is what drives his entire heel run, so how can the belt not be the focus right now? It totally is, and it will be even more so when The Rock comes back gunning for it.


Just my 2 cents.

EDIT: I also think it's unfair that people say John Cena doesn't put anyone over. I've actually lost count of how much he's lost to CM Punk, and right now he's feuding with Ziggler. If he beats Ziggler at TLC and takes his MITB case then I'll shut up, but if Zigglers wins, can we really say Cena doesn't put people over these days?

Theres a good chance Ziggler will win, but it will obviously be due to some extra shyt, not clean. Just like all of Punk's wins have been. Thats why people say that about Cena. He can never just lose, its always some sort of fukkery that costs him so he remains protected in that sense.

Keep in mind I'm not nearly as seasoned of a fan as 99.9% of ya'll. I watched from the attitude era to the midway point of ruthless aggression and came back when The Rock returned at this year's mania.

No I agree, its definitely protocol, nothing new. Its just that Cena is such an unlikeable top face and its been going on so long that its particularly annoying.

I stopped watching for almost 10 years and apparently that makes some people upset

I'd be happy with HHH vs Ryback and Brock vs Rock You could sub/add Batista in, in any of these scenarios and have a winner.

Personally the www missed an oppurtunity to make the ic title mean something again.
When, ryback was bullying the miz.
Ryback should have taken the ic belt off of the miz, back then.

They have missed quite a few money match booking opportunities this year.
By just simply dropping the ball.
