They can't be serious with that 2 day battery life. Must be standby only.

AT&T Won't Sell the HTC 10 | Droid Life

In HTC’s press release for the HTC 10, you probably noticed that AT&T wasn’t listed as one of the carriers expected to sell the phone. That’s because AT&T isn’t selling the HTC 10. Yes, you are reading that correctly – the 2nd biggest wireless carrier in the US isn’t selling HTC’s 2016 flagship phone.

According to a statement sent to TechnoBuffalo from HTC, HTC is telling AT&T customers to buy the unlocked model through HTC’s own website. That, of course, means paying the full $700 price and not having the opportunity to buy it with a monthly payment plan. Well, HTC is offering financing with 0% interest for 12 months, so you do have that option.

:mindblown::mindblown::mindblown:

Yeah I'm done with AT&T. First motorola stopped doing android os updates for the moto x 2014 due to ATT restrictions and now HTC won't even bother selling their latest device there? I can't wait to get out of my contract.

I was definitely hoping to get this, now I have to see how the next nexus will be priced against this.

I'm having a pretty miserable "end of life" experience with my M8. Would be tough to sell me on another HTC phone at this point.

What about it that you don't like? What happened from when you got it to now?

I had a very pleasant experience with my M8. It went through physical hell during its time with me and was actually the most durable phone out of all the ones I had

It was awesome the first six months. Everything was smooth and the battery life was great. Then it updated to Android 5.0 (or something like that) and the performance noticeably dipped. It progressively got slower and slower; taking longer to load things or switch between apps. 2-3 months ago it finally got the Marshmallow update. At first, the phone was really smooth again, but then I started having even more problems. A bunch of apps didn't work with the update and it started lagging like crazy again. My battery life fell off a cliff and now just a couple days ago, my screen went to shyt. Not cracked, but half of it died.

I've had the phone for 18 months. Bought a Nexus 6p that will be here tomorrow. :manny:
