Germany has three and Russia has one and UK has one. Germany are dominating because of these battleships and their sheer number. America run some tests on its citizens and get this tow citizens turn out to have battleship potential but America refuses to take them to their full potential because they are AA, and instead only takes the one cac battleship discovered to his potential.
