This is gonna be come a problem for the WWE. Their making the same mistake they did with Cena and thats focusing everything on Reigns and basing the whole direction of the show around him and the future around him and not caring about anything else. You watch a episode of Raw and it feels like Roman is the only focus and everything is secondary.
The problem isn't Reigns himself. Reigns can actually work, He's gotten better on the Mic and more relaxed than he was before. The problem is Vince is pushing the guy into "John Cena, Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin "levels and he's NOWHERE near there and the responses are showing. So they reach in panic modes and try to align him with his Shield buddies to get him cheers and thats a problem.
The first thing they have to do is make Reigns look "hip and cool" to the casual since he's now "the man".
Cena when he was the Doctor of Thuganmoics had it, Hoegan when he went Hollywood Hogan did, Steve Austin when he became Stone Cold" What is cool about Reigns excluding the Shield? What has he done that made people go "I have to tune in and see Roman Reigns kick ___________ass?
To make Reigns stand out first and foremost. I'll remix his theme.. Not some generic pop/ flo rida bullshyt but with people that people actually fukk with. Get Smoke DZA on board and remake Reigns theme. Have him in the video and then show his highlights of him kicking ass. Thats a start.
