Edge had to spear Cena twice too I believe.
Either way the champ should weakened after a match and taking a finisher, so the match wouldn't be a real one anyways

With Dolph holding The M.I.T.B. right now and with him being The Show Off and all..it'd Fit Perfectly if Ol' Blondey heldy onty the Briefcase until WrestleMania and Disappeared about 2 Months before the PPV for 29 only to Return without being Booked in a Match at the very End of the Show and Cashed In on the Current World Championship Title holder.
I don't Trust WWE to make a Decision like this because the Writers all use the same Single Brain to Write their Shows and Finishes.

Since Dolph is a heel, he could "fake" a career ending injury hold a teary eyed retirement speech and everything fade into Bolivia, have the announcers play up that the money in the bank opportunity is wasted due to not being cashed in only to have Ziggler randomly pop up and cash in and also have it found out that he faked his injury as well to generate mega heel heat.

Its only so many ways u can book it now. Every way has pretty much been done. They even have took the intrigue out of when the person will cash in and basically tell us ahead of time now. The only thing i can think of is maybe have the MITB holder cash in backstage or in the locker room or something. And even that would seem kind of lame. Maybe the next face winner can be a number one conteder for the strap anyway. He and the champ have a match and the champ retains only to for the loser to cash in and they have a second match. But that would be to obvious.

They just need to chill with the teases though. They had Dolph coming out twice a week on both shows attempting to cause #fukkery , only to get denied. He should just go on some "I'm gonna practice on the rest of you lames until I'm ready to cash in" - atleast that way he'll get some wins and credibility under his belt (pun intended) until the big cash-in at WM. Enough with the jobbing already, although it looks like he has 1 or 2 more big PPV jobs on the way with this new Cena feud.
