He cuts a promo, in the promo he includes that he was frustrated with many things going on in the company when he left, how he tried his hand in the UFC but he only had 2 years of training which wasn’t enough but he had the balls to do it unlike 99 percent of people but how he’s been wrestling all of his life and that’s his sport and where he excels, how he has the desire again to fulfill that dream of maineventing Wrestlemania and becoming the champion.
Gets everything out, crowd go crazy with CM Punk chants, Triple H interupts and says some shyt, says how Punk can’t just walse back in here like nothing’s happened, he’s going to have to work his way up again if he actually wants that shot. He could either fight Triple H right there and then and beat him or set it up the next PPV.
He puts some obstacles in his way and he beats a lot of talent, preferably in fresh matches. Triple H or one of his lakies may even try and interfere but Punk overcomes it.
Seth as a heel vs Punk, build up they cut really deep with eachother. Build it to a crescendo, Punk wins, he’s main evened Mania and champion. Has some other huge fresh matches where he wins, then has an anticipated rematch vs Seth and he could get screwed in that and lose the belt, they won’t give him his shot so he goes on a rampage at the company and at everyone verbally, says he might even go sign at AEW. Gets more obstacles put in his way that he eventually overcomes and gets into some really personal and heated feuds, AJ could even be involved, AJ and Punk vs Seth and Becky at some point too, gets heated on both sides, especially the latter taking it to next levels, they want to rid the company of Punk and send him back on the sidelines and fail just like he did in UFC, WWE doesn’t need him or want him and they moved on, he was the king of WWE and the champion but Punk after dipping for so many years wants to come and take the limelight and spot and this makes Seth into a more serious, deranged and viscous character, violent beatdowns with weapons, random attacks, kidnap AJ. Anything to get it heated up, escalate it hugely to the point they have to have a hell in a cell or another match that’s really brutal and make it epic.
If it’s a short run Punk could lose and ultimately put Seth over and give Seth’s character a whole new dynamic and edge and take it to the next level, if he stays find a way to start something new.
It’s got to be storyline driven with him and he has to have something to rally against and fresh opposition who he can have good matches with story and passion in.

Come back as the biggest loser to hit professional wrestling. I'm talking a lose record that would make "The Gambler" blush. Come out with the most generic music straight out of the CFO$ dusty ass external harddrive. Not give him a single promo second and throw millions at him so he can shut the fukk up. Lastly, work him in Chicago house shows so he won't bytch about traveling.
