This ain't enough, especially if it doesn't include the military which is usually excluded in these talks. I read military bases are included, but vehicles, weapons, etc have to be there as well.

But more than anything, carbon neutral is the corporate-friendly term. We gotta be positive for the climate which means lessening emissions to the point we are not emitting carbon. shyt is going haywire right now. We need to start being positive or the climate.
