Also I shyt on Biden, but I actually respect the fact he put his foot down in regards to vaccines. The federal government has been forcing reopenings and not forcing people to get the vaccines needed to make reopening an actual safe possibility. That’s been the cognitive dissonance of the last few months. I still think this winter will be bad because time is not there to force people to do this and the child vaccine isn’t approved. However, they might have this under control by next winter.

I say this a lot but it’s too soon to call anything, and regardless they need someone black on the ticket. 2024 is as viable as 2028 and it’s too early to call either election
honestly, i'd rather they not do it...just secure the easy deal. we gotta axe Trump's entire chances.

Yes, employers can force their employees to get vaccinated unless they have a doctor say they aren’t physically able or a religious belief and even then they can be removed unless they can find equivalent remote work.
Sure, assuming employers are on board and honest.

I mean if you have to factor in insurance costs to the company, death benefits, unemployment, workers comp, pensions(nearly non existent now) potential tax benefits, etc it adds up

maybe there’s some accountants here and I’m missing some things

Biden Tests Limits of Presidential Power in Pushing Vaccinations

@Shogun guess this is part of their basis

:manny:
He is using an emergency provision in the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970; he is threatening to withhold federal funding from hospitals and other health care organizations; and he is embracing his authority as chief executive of the sprawling federal work force and its contractors.

Get a roommate.

If you're a low earner then there are usually a lot of subsidized housing options in many cities that aren't necessarily in bad areas or project type housing.

If you don't have children, I'd look into getting a roommate largely because you cust cost and that allows you to save, invest, or prepare for homeownership if that's your goal.

Lastly and most importantly, you should lean on your local politicians. They can do more here than the federal government.

Let's be honest, you said a whole bunch of nothing in that post. Unless you're a single mother you're not getting close to getting approved for a low income house in under 4 years. Even if you are a single mother its a 2 year wait list for section 8. :unimpressed:

Telling a single man to get a roommate to save money so they can eventually get out of renting and into homeownership is poor advice?

But fukk it you live in Wake County. There's plenty of housing you can afford.

Try that shyt with a nikka who didn't live there. :mjlol:
