100% coordinated by conservative operators I'm sure. They want to see how far they can get away with this.

I follow a number of prominent conservatives and they have been trying ways to find novel ways to assault Roe vs Wade for a few years and I noticed that about two years ago they think they found a couple of successful ways to override or get around it.

Of course we were told that this would never happen. People have had their heads in the sand.

it's 6-3 right now they have no excuse not to have one of their idiot states challenge it and the court just overturn it.

he was suppose to be the compromise pick as scalia's replacement because no one else would even have a chance with the republican senate and even then they said oh you called our bluff fukk that we're not considering him either. so not getting a hearing turned him into something he never was, a liberal, progressive, whatever ... in some circles. a moderate to conservative compromiser shouldn't be leading the justice dept for a democratic (in 2021) president.

Doug Jones, while moderate himself, would be a better fit. Atleast more forceful on civil rights...
