The gun thing won’t happen regardless but everything else is basically depending on how the midterms outcome. If the Dems get one seat in a solid progressive candidate, Manchin and Sinema lose a lot of leverage.

The filibuster reformed and DC comes on the table and the Republicans are in a new ballgame that simple obstruction won’t help.
