Weiss then backpedaled and ended up insisting that Biden instead plead guilty to two tax misdemeanors (for failure to file) and that he enter into pretrial diversion for one gun charge. Biden agreed in June 2023 to these new terms and the two sides submitted his written diversion agreement to the court

Going by Supreme Court rulings, Hunter's gun charges are most likely unconstitutional. The drug charges are also petty shyt.

At least he managed to keep Kash Patel from harassing him for a few years. Hunter better behave for the next few years

I think he is sober, has been for a few years. Unless he's lying about that.

Like I was saying, it's a complicated thing. SC prosecutions are almost always questionable by their nature. When you have that political heat one you, no one stands up to that kind of scrutiny in those circles, or most don't, esp guys like Manafort or Hunter Biden.

My post was somewhat trying to take politics out, and just see more people accept responsibility, esp public figures.They were light charges, with light weight consequences.
