Companies are profiting more than they did before the pandemic. It’s not inflation. It’s price gouging. Both things are true. Inflation without a doubt has risen and companies are passing the cost onto the customer.
Its either two options for a business that experience rising cost.
1) Take the cost and reduce profits or
2) Pass them onto customers.
My cost has risen in owning businesses and a few companies have raised prices and the other er have decided to take the hit.
But make no mistake Inflation is running rampant now!

Corporations are using inflation as an excuse to raise prices and make fatter profits — and it's making the problem worse
Explaintake direct action then
I already stopped shoppingtake direct action then
I read what you wrote. These corporations are price gouging. Inflation is happening, but these fukkers are making a greater profit than before inflation. If the sharp rise in prices was purely due to inflation, then profits would be the same. They aren’t.Reread what I wrote, and the article is explaining the action, not the cause. The cause is inflation.
Have you stopped eating food?I already stopped shopping
.Have you stopped eating food?
I been telling ppl inflation talk is bullshyt cause my groceries bill ain't changed.Have you stopped eating food?
I would love to go to your grocery store. I shopping weekly and I'm pretty frugal so I track produce, fish, and meat prices. It's definitely more expensive.I don't usually buy any consumer packaged goods.I been telling ppl inflation talk is bullshyt cause my groceries bill ain't changed.
Still $50 - $75 a week for a family of 3.
I don't see the inflation.
When you look at the CPI pretty much only Red meat is killing ppls budget. We've never been a carnivorous family so it hasn't affected us.
And no, I don't buy anything else except vacations.
I shop at Aldi, and buy the same foods. It’s gone up by $10-15 for the same amount of items. The price of milk, eggs, juice and bread have gone up. Banana used to be 39 cents a pound, now it’s 59 cents a pound. A carton of eggs used to be 79 cents, now it’s $1.29.I been telling ppl inflation talk is bullshyt cause my groceries bill ain't changed.
