So you care more about gas prices than human life? I certainly don’t. He’s responded to me with whataboutism and rightfully got called out for it. None of the stuff you guys brought up has anything to do with his gripe original gripe about gas. We’re all well aware of what the US does. It’s a deflection and a tired one.
He's just acting like the grifters he admires.

If the US didn't support Ukraine he'd be on here talking about how we chose our oil interest over human lives.

He said last year when I asked him what he was doing to improve his proximal community that he doesn't do anything anymore. He's just miserable nikka here to complain. He doesn't even believe there's a solution.

And the US is funding and supplying the destruction of Yemen.

We drone striked an innocent family in Afghanistan last year and many other bouts of destruction.

Libya has real-life slavery happening.

East Africa is also engaged in a conflict where citizens are being kidnapped and killed.

It's a selective liberal moral outrage.

Most Americans don't care about any of things. Americans are going to be concerned with rising gas prices. You know that too.
This facts. Dems bout to get absolutely slaughtered at the polls

So Biden is going to ban Russian Oil and gas prices are going to spike right with no foreseeable decline?

If so, Biden might be done. I hope I'm wrong.

I dont see how anyone can think this is good for Biden. The average voter cares more about their own pockets rather than what's happening on the other side of the world. Nobody trying to hear anything about sacrifice.

If the US citizenry and media are all in on the war, outpouring of support, pushing for NATO involvement, removal of Putin, etc. Then it makes sense that the administration makes a move even more in favor of those positions that will directly impact Russia. That domestic and global support justifies the move, can't get squeamish at the pump now.

Now you get to see just how much the US cares about conflict between predominately white countries.

New Hampshire parents and other supporters gathered in September 2021 to push for making monthly child tax credit payments permanent.

Since the monthly payments from the expanded Child Tax Credit expired at the end of 2021, nearly 3.7 million more children are in poverty, according to a new study from Columbia University.

In the span of just one month, from December 2021 and January 2022, the monthly child poverty rate increased from 12.1% to 17%, the highest rate seen since the end of 2020. Black and Latino children experienced even higher increases in poverty, with 5.9% and 7.1% increases, respectively.

FAMILY
The expanded child tax credit briefly slashed child poverty. Here's what else it did

The study comes from the university's Center on Poverty & Social Policy, which had been tracking child poverty rates and the impact of the monthly expanded Child Tax Credit payments. Since the payments started going out in July 2021, an increasing number of children were no longer in poverty. In other words, the longer the monthly CTC payments were in place, the more families it helped.

POLITICS
Families are in distress after the first month without the expanded child tax credit

The CTC's expanded program sent checks out monthly rather than one annual lump-sum of money during tax season. It also increased the amount of money getting sent to families, and expanded the number of families who were eligible for the payments. Families who file taxes will get the remaining half of the credit when they file this year.

Researchers say child poverty rates often fall during tax season as people get their returns. So, the second half of the credit received from filing taxes is "likely to result in substantial, but temporary, dips in monthly child poverty rates."

After April though, researchers say the child poverty rate "could be persistently high through the rest of 2022" if the monthly Child Tax Credit payments aren't renewed by Congress.

At s certain point you have to look at what everything is saying. Gas prices are jumping every day and people aren't happy with that. You can meme about people filling their hummers but most people don't like their gas prices jumping if they are pushing a station wagon.

shyt don't look good.

The president don’t control gas prices that’s the point… If you want to blame gas prices rising you can blame the pandemic and Putin going to war with Ukraine
