Yeah at this point that's really all the Senate can do, just confirm as many judges to as many courts as they can before midterms.

I think at this point it's pretty safe to say Biden's goose is cooked on the presidency. Whoever the republican is that runs against him DeSantis or Trump is gonna be the next president. It's unfortunate cause given how divided congress is Biden never stood a chance and with him likely losing both the House and Senate he's gonna be an even lamer duck than he already is with his own party controlling both now.

I don't think this country survives another Trump presidency in any recognizable way. The last term was a test run in how to damage democracy and this next one will destroy it. Trump will put people in power that will ignore their duty and the will of the voters.
