Criminal justice reform isn’t the same as giving drugs to help drug addicts. Americans do not care for drug addicts and it’s stupid and immature.

They're sympathetic for white drug addiction, which is why white people have successfully become the face of treatment (heroin/meth/etc) over the last few years. There's a very deliberate reason this thing was framed as "crack pipes" because of the image it conjures. White people out here using those pipes daily for meth...but that's not the image "crack pipe" brings to mind for people.
