Thanks but I dont really get what you're trying to say brehnot if you're compromising your core/back and your ass is winking in a circle
the goal is to get to parallel or even below but for most people trying to get there it requires mobility work and time
if your form and posture aren't correct going past parallel or atg is silly because you're compromising your lower back. i'm sure you'd be find to do this w lighter weight but it would be very easy to tweak something as you go up and up in weight. butt winking is when you go past your actual existing mobility range, your ass tucks under your lower spine and your back arches outward. at this point your lose the stability in your core that you're supposed to maintain through the full range of motion of a good squat.Thanks but I dont really get what you're trying to say breh
