So i keep it light now 1/2 tsp of cornstarch is all thats needed
never tried this. If i dont have buttermilk, I use regular milk mixed with a couple tsp of vinegarIf you don't have buttermilk on hand, you can replace it with 3 parts sour cream/ 1 part water.
