You can go the more traditional soul-food route with chicken smothered in gravy and onions. If you come for breakfast, add an egg to that chicken combination, or simply indulge in a platter of waffles made with Roscoe's special mix. The restaurant closes early daily: 4 p.m. on weekdays and 5 p.m. on the weekend. There's jazz on some Sundays. "
