Because I'm 31 and I'm not going to start having youths for at least 4-5 years. In the meantime I'm building something to be able to hand down to those future youths. Why on earth would I bust my ass for years only to start a family with women that have limited time left on their child birthing clocks who are also insane? And yes, any attractive woman in her late 30's, or passed 30 period, with no man is insane in one way or another.

breh, you can deal with women that don't know how to keep clean if you want to...but im out here eating ass. If I did like em that young I would make them feel "insecure" about their age.
