It all depends as you get closer to single digit bodyfat

Even then there are guys that cut with basic rules and ARE shredded

The only difference is overall health, but for the sake of pure fat loss all it is caloric deficit regardless how you get it, higher protein with lifting is always constant

See folks in prison for a good example

Eating clean isn't bad by any means it's just not the only way and for most people it's not completely feasible longterm

If you got the will power, eat like a vegan for a month. Add a whole lot of cardio and all that stomach fat will be gone.

the one thats on the bottom of the abs and love handles. do you just have to not eat

it means you dont have enough fiber in ur diet and ur not going to the bathroom enough. :skip: Look it up.

Get you some of this

When you workout, you burn calories, and fat reserves.

When you gain muscle, that burns fat around the area.

So what I did was always run a mile before I go workout.

Then, do a lot of workouts that attack the midsection.

Plus, get rid of excess water by drinking lots of water. Your body stores water only when you're not getting a good enough amount of it, and less storage will define your midsection.

man I got to get some discipline in my diet, lol

Discipline??? Breh we off that just do 30 mins-1 hour of cardio a day seven days a week. Stop at about 300 cals burned and add a small lifting routine to your regimen for another 200 and change of cals burned. Times that by 7 days a week and thats alread a pund of fat GONE! times that by 3-4 months and you'd be almost 20 pounds fat free... This shyt ain't Hard Comrades...
