no such thing as spot reduction

you just lose overall bodyfat, you can never predict where it will come from either so dont assume crunches and leg raises will help very much if you have significant fat

this shyt gets asked in a thousand ways on here daily. cut your calories but it has to be just a certain amount from your BMR.

kill that noise about soda, chips, fried foods

all that bullshyt

you gotta get a better diet overall PERIOD

its hard not to eat fast food. i can cut sodas out easily, chips, i dont know about fried foods though

breh you gotta start

don't even look at it as a gym thing, look at is as the better economic option

you spend 6-7 dollars buying fast food, when that money could go towards 3 $2.60 cans of tuna (which are like 5 servings of 11grams of protein each)

don't cut everything all at once, but make it gradual

I mean every once in awhile, yeah of course your food is gonna be fried. But try to keep it to 1 meal a day max.
