you shouldnt put on extra fat weight if you are lifting good and being strict, 2200 cals is more than enough for average dude
Yeah, I don't have to flex .And I have legit abs, not the skiiny man shyt. I would put up pics, but I don't have my digital camera,and my phone camera sucks. I'm pretty lean, I just want to add on some weight so I can filll out. Like Brad Pitt in fight club.
