How to get stronger without gaining weight?

cut up as in you see your abs without flexing?

are you eating just eggs and oatmeal? consume 2200 cals with minimum 170g protein

you shouldnt put on extra fat weight if you are lifting good and being strict, 2200 cals is more than enough for average dude

Yeah, I don't have to flex .And I have legit abs, not the skiiny man shyt. I would put up pics, but I don't have my digital camera,and my phone camera sucks. I'm pretty lean, I just want to add on some weight so I can filll out. Like Brad Pitt in fight club.

Oh yeah, about the eggs and oatmeal. No its not the only things I'm eating, I'm just not sure if its enough. I stick to brown rice, and fish/chicken for the most part. 170 g's of protein sounds like a lot

i easily get it with what some would call sub par selections :manny:

the point is to get your cals in check and meet macro reqs

170 isnt alot, alot of folks here and elsewhere would probably say 200+

Hey,I'm a simple guy. That's what I like,plus its healthy than a lot of other foods. It not all I eat, I pig out on the weekends.

But I don't wanna be that buff,like I say, a brad pitt in fc build.

I don't go to the gym. I bought a pull up bar,barbell,ab roller,and resistance bands. I do everything squats, military press, deadlifts, pull ups. I Switch up my routine every week. After every set I do push ups until I tire out, then resistance bands until I tire out, then ab roller. Its worked better then any time I've spent at the gym. I'm cut up, I just need a little bigger.

it takes alot of effort and time to get "big"

how much you got weight wise with that barbell
