woody is not the ideal owner but he is an improvement over Leon Hess. The Jets are more a less a 'winning' team under Woody. Leon they stunk way more often than when they were good.
I guy like Woody needs to just hire football experts and get out of the way. So yeah, new GM or head of football operations and a new head coach combo should do it.

Get a real GM. Let him pick the players for Rex. Rex is a good coach but is horrible at picking talent.

Mangini did a good job building that roster when he was there. Maybe hire him as VP of personnel, keep Tanny as a cap guy, and keep Rex as the HC. You gotta fire Soprano too. Dude is a joke. Get Norv as OC once he's fired and let him give a shot at helping Sanchez. If Norv can't help him, then he's done.
