Anyone read? Essentially its Intermittent fasting coupled with Do's and Dont's of recommended foods. I find it very interesting, I've done intermittent fasting before, already don't smoke or drink nor mess with pork (if bacon is on something I order I don't trip but I never willingly order Pork items)
