He was drinking all night long. BAC goes down 0.05 every hour. So, without knowing when he started, when he stopped, how much and what he drank, I wouldn't know, but it's doable. How the hell did Justin Blackmon have a .24 BAC at 10:00am?
Is this dude a raging alcoholic or something? He pleaded guilty today and only got a 500 dollar fine and 50 hours of community service. Scust, you carry a gun and get 12 fukking years but drive around pissy damn drunk and got a fine. Not to even mention it was his second conviction. :
Former Oklahoma State football player Justin Blackmon has changed his plea to guilty in his aggravated DUI case.
So, what happened here was that he originally submitted a 'not guilty plea' to the charge. His attorney talked with the district attorney's office to bring down the sentence if he pleads guilty. If he pled no contest or not guilty, he would have had to go through the whole trial and he probably would have been found guilty anyway. So to avoid that and to help the DA's office on this case, he plead guilty and asked for all these things, lowered fine, community service, blah blah blah. The DA's office did not have to accept the terms of the plea agreement. They could have said no, he's going to jail for a month or he's going to pay $1000 fine or whatever.
And yes, Justin Blackmon paid his attorney a ton of cash for his services so he's eating.
