Noisey/Vice already did a feature on her.

Just the latest female rapper to get a push from that hipster/gay/santos party house/club LES scene. She's also a party promoter. My friend put me onto her back in 2012. She actually hosted A$AP Rocky's/A$AP Mob's first couple of shows.

I'm really starting to see how much pull music bloggers and actual industry people have here and it's mind boggling.

the music blogger thing is on some super industry shyt now. Makes it hell of a lot easier to be an A&R person when you can sit at a desk all day and click on soundcloud pages or see whats happening on Nah Right. These industry cats sniff out info from all of the blogs, decide who they wanna fukk with and then toss a few bucks back to these bloggers, 99% who aren't making any $$ anyway. Then whoever the label signs gets that push on these blogs. Nowadays the shyt looks so much more obvious, hence the discovery of so many industry plants. You throw their songs on a couple of blogs and just wait for the shyt to pop off in 2 years or so. Sometimes it works and people are feeling the music and sometimes it doesnt.

But you can get a feel for who is authentic and who isn't by the measure of their grind. How many of these cats are active and doing shows and shyt on the regular and how many just seem to come from outta nowhere

I seriously never heard one song from this chick:yeshrug:
She had a really huge hit overseas with 212. Then this remix was pretty popular as well. Her verse starts @ 2:22

Check out her fantasea mixtape. If youre not a fan of dance music though dont bother, because her music is heavily influenced by that genre.

Kreayshawn?

And that shyt went triple toilet water.

Nicki Minaj literally has the monopoly on the female rap game on lock.

People on here talk about Iggy Azealia...but she ain't gonna sell any records at all.

I don't trust youtube views or social media either...these dames got verified on twitter, thousands of followers, all these fans, but it seems like not even a fraction of them can put their money where there mouth is and actually buy their albums.

Right.

Iggy on her 4/5 single with no release date in sight. Ain't looking good for her either.
Edit:I just checked apparently she does have a date, but I bet 10 dollars that date comes and goes with no release.

Real talk this joint just played on my iTunes and I remember bumping it real heavy when it first dropped. Classic NY 90's style house music beat and her flow is fukkin flawless, especially on the last verse.

With that said, her buzz was bubbling and it seemed like she was the next chick up considering that people weren't really feeling Nicki on her "Starships" shyt.

So what did this chick do wrong? Was it the twitter/gay stuff or just being a dikk on twitter altogether or did she just flat out not recognize her lane and stay in that shyt? You would think her people woulda had a tighter leash on her because the bytch can flow

:banderas: that 1991 joint is straight piff. . .got me reminiscing being a kid again!

:salute: to the 90s.

The Booth lives in a bubble bruh they won't ever hear of any new musicians till they are super popular at which point they will call them a plant even if they've been at it for years.
