I said it then and i`ll say it forever..

Cornerbacks are over-valued, bottom line.

But on Nnamdi specifically, he was old when he got the deal from Philly. Maybe he lost a step, he wasn't broke down old, but he wasn't some young guy ready to rock either

How are cornerbacks overvalued in a so called QB league?

They're over-valued at the highest level, having corners is a must, but having just one big-time corner doesn't mean shyt.

I`d rather have 3-4 good to decent ones than 1 superstar and nobodies.

The top flight CB's are wanting QB money, and that's just silly.

MAybe he was good back then in Oakland.....Peyton Manning at one point said Nnamdi was the best.....so did Chad Johnson.

Maybe he just fell off NOW. It happens.

Yeah it's like they just don't know the game at all. Most of the calls they are missing are universal penalties like pass interference, holding, illegal contact, and hell I've even seen a few blown false start calls. I know some nikkaz on the-coli could prolly do a better job then some of these refs.

HORRIBLE.

The ball was in the the air when Nnamdi starting holding Jacoby and they called holding instead of PI. Those calls may have cost the Ravens the game.

The PI against the Steelers yesterday was the worst call I've ever seen in my life.
They look so unsure of themselves and the players are speaking out more and more . The nfl is playing themselves with this they look like goodell said okay Just keep it simple

Honestly, the QB position is starting to become overrated to me

Outside of Trent Dilfer winning a SB, and even he made big throws when they counted, how is the QB position overrated?

You dont have a good QB, you're not winning playoff games

I didnt really watch any Raider games when he was there, but I know they were terrible during that time. Was he really being tested like that? Its not like a) teams were forced to pass since they were usually maintaining a lead or b) they couldnt just exploit the holes elsewhere in the defense

Nahmbadee is about to get traded to the bushes. We should have kept asante, he isn't physical but he will break up passes and scoop up some picks.

Asante would give up some big plays too though but he would get you a couple pick 6's a year.

Another thing teams did vs oak, was put their best WR opposite Nnamdi. So he was covering bums most games, and star WRs would go off on the weaker cb. Philly was the first time he's been tested since his first few yrs in the league
