Stellantis are the fukkin worse
Jeeps at one point was the most selling SUV for years and they were shytty then but not as shytty as they are now.
Cost cutting 
i have never rocked with Jeeps. the old school WWII/Nam ones are pretty cool, but honestly they look goofy as hell. ive had friends with them and had to help change the cover. obviously im talking about Wranglers, shyt like Jeep Cherokee is just trash waiting to roll over and kill you!

rental car company gave me a Jeep Patriot one time. Bullshyt broke down on the way to Vegas.
My ex had a liberty back in the day. What a shytty car that was I hated riding in it.

yep when specialty brands have to make "regular" cars along with their known specialty models then it will fail HARD. Jeep should just make the wagoneer, cherokee (redo the current one), grand cherokee and cj aka wrangler. The everyday cars are garbage. That being said reliability and the jeep tax have always been the issue with these suv's anyway.
that's because it's a dedicated off roader (and in that role it's second to none) the issue is people drive them like everyday cars and it's terrible.
more reliable and you can actually drive it for everyday use.
