How sad is it that companies still lean heavily on Stone Cold and The Rock to sell their WWE product

Look at the cover photo. Austin and Rock. :mjlol:

Imagine companies putting out WWE games during the Attitude era and putting Hogan and Macho on the cover to sell it.

It's not a big deal, but it kinda is. It shows WWE still doesn't have big enough stars currently to stand on their own merit. Anytime these companies do business with WWE they ALWAYS go down the Stone Cold or Rock well for visibility (ie. The Smackdown on FOX commercials).

They’re still my two favorite wrestlers and I’ve actually dabbled in wrasslin from time to time over the years. :yeshrug:

I saw the rise of talent like Brock, Cena, Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, Randy Orton, etc. But none of those guys ever resonated with me the way Rock and Austin did. Not even close.

Those were their biggest stars and wrestling ain't mainstream like that no more.
