It was single handedly probably the worst thing about First Class (otherwise awesome movie) because it made no sense. Considering his power was to adapt to SURVIVE! Also cism because right before Shaw kills Darwin he gives a speech that goes:
You can come with me and be free

or stay here and live in slavery

and then the camera slides to Darwin

Dude auditioned for a part, got it, they started filming, and he came to the writers like "yeah....my character don't really have much to do".

The writers were because he wasn't a main character....he was a side character of a side character. Regardless, he had a big fight scene with Raylan (the main character on the show) in the second half of the season, so they told him "it's building towards something".

He was like "no thanks, just kill off my character early".

He either didn't understand they'd have to rewrite several scenes to do that, or he didn't care. But they did it anyway, just so they could get rid of the guy.

But in theory if i shoved a unknown amount of energy down your throat to your organs, how long you think you can last, mutations has limits.

You sure about that?! I recently compared the thread sizes of the last 2 seasons of "Justified" to the thread sizes of the last 2 seasons of "Sons of Anarchy".

A lot more folks watch Sons compared to Justified, based on the sizes of those threads.
