Just shave it off bro. Growing up I always took my low hairline for granted and thought it was stupid that people even cared about that stuff. Once I got and started receding a bit, I realized how a good hairline can really add a few points to your looks. Their is nothing you can really do to stop hair loss. Your best bet is to not get a haircut for a few months and just use home made clippers to keep your neck and side burns clean.
Like someone said in a previous post, Jamaican Black Castor Oil. and stop letting those clippers bite your line up
