I would like to suggest you guys practice having an intention for everything that you do.Meaning,if you have to go out and buy milk.Make an intention to actually go out buy the milk and keep holding unto that intention until you accomplish your goal.
By doing this you will accomplish two things:
1.avoiding any unnecessary trouble that does not help you move forward in accomplishing your goal
and
2.Be perceived as a man "on a mission"
This whole "stare down" "grilling" stuff is all ego based,and therefore stupid.
Don't believe me?Then ask yourself this.
If you were going down the street and you saw an old lady....would you have a stare down with her? What's about a toddler or child?
You wouldn't because it's useless!
The only reason people stare down other people is mainly they see that person as a threat,or to satisfy their ego with the fact that "He broke eye contact first,so he's a p*ssy".
Which may not necessarily be true because if you might have challenged him on your belief that he's a p*ssy,all he would've had to do was go home get his gun and Bang Bang!
So "staring down" someone may not actually mean your tough,because as Asap Rocky said:
"Everybody play the tough guy 'til shyt pop off"

Two things that I can't for the life of me understand in this day and age.

I don't attempt to read other peoples minds when they look at me. I approach everyone with an open and sincere attitude. Usually the best way to break down any perceived hostility is greeting the person in a friendly way. If that person is hostile he usually returns my acknowledgement reluctantly or not at all but in either scenario the stare is broken. It's the easiest way to diffuse the situation.

I got used to it. I get stared at and I look away but constantly catching them staring at me... You don't own their eyes, so no need to get upset. Life's too short to worry about why this nikka is lookin at you.
