Should be a mandatory $15 nationwide in a perfect world. But that would crush a lot of small businesses. A lot of factors go into that debate. I'd settle for $10 minimum. I don't care what they are doing for you...paying someone less than 10 an hour should be criminal.

1995 my first job was Subway Sandwich for a bank breaking $3.35 per houras a 17 yr old. My first paycheck was like 57 dollars. I lasted about 6 pay periods saved up for the original Jordan 11s. And then I jacked half of the take one night when I closed the store by myself. I got about $300 dollars and quit. Then I spent the rest of the school yr paranoid thinking they were gonna come get me at any moment. They never did.
