When I'm centered and grounded, I can place my awareness anywhere in or on my body. You can literally map your whole shyt out even with basic knowledge of anatomy, kinda like an internal GPS. And once you learn how to localize your awareness inside the body, deliberatly, conciously highlight and stimulate organs, functions, increase blood flow ect...you can start to localize outisde of the body, in places, spaces, voids.
