Iron-Man 1 was heavily adlibbed too. They couldn't finish the script in time so they just said fukk it and wrote loose outlines of the scenes instead.

I was a kid at the time and didn't find out till later that he played his whole family , that shyt still blows my mind

I was about to mention this scene. Almost 20 years after its release, the table scenes are the ones that people remember about the Nutty Professor 1 & 2. That's a testament to Eddie Murphy's comedic genius. Respeck the GOAT. #BlackExcellence, y'all
