Punk - 170 lbs
Kurt Angle 220 lbs in Olympics
Bautista - roughly 260 lbs fighting
Jake Hager - 254 lbs in ring

When I was a kid, I could've believed these wrestlers were larger than life but as I grew up big into fitness and even hanging around body builders, these exaggerated weights irk me.

I was watching an old HBK match and wondering ain't no way in hell, this guy in his prime was anywhere over 190 lbs (billed at 225 lbs). My dad's trainer, no. 3 bodybuilder in the world is 190 and larger than Kurt Angle.

At 5'11, 185, I'm larger than most of these new aged wrestlers, probably taller as well.

Guys like Ricochet and Dean Ambrose are smaller than me as well.

Roman Reigns and Jericho wear lifts. In fact, any wrestler walking in the ring with black leather boots wear lifts to exaggerate their heights.

My bad, I just had to get this off my mind.

At his heaviest Punk was probably 215. Remebet his first year on the main roster he bulked up. He talked about it on his DVD. He thought he had to get as big as possible, but he's probably a natural 185 - 190 LB guy without the weight cutting.

Thats with weight cutting though. In his UFC fights he was probably 180-185 and during his pipe bomb run he was probably 195-200ish.
