i hate this time of year to be honest... growing up we never had shyt. christmas makes me depressed. my girls mom died around christmastime when she was in middle school, so its rough on her too. she tries to make a big thing about the holidays but i can never get into it.

i hate american christmas celebrations. its not about jesus or even family, its about spending money. thats all we care about in this sick ass country

Probably be around $500. I don’t go shopping until a few days before Christmas, I need that pressure. :lolbron:

I’m only getting gifts for my son this Christmas, not in a particularly festive mood this year-still gonna run my pockets :unimpressed:

I feel ya. Let the kids have it.

I hate how there’s grown mfs who EXPECT gifts and will call you out about it.

We are non traditional in that we just buy what we want when we want it. Surprise each other throughout the entire year. Makes no sense to wait or hold out on something. We mainly do birthdays and fathers/mothers day but those are spread out enough that there's enough of a gap to get something for a special occasion.
