Sounds dumb crazy to me, how long you been doing this for? and Pics for proof it has worked your arms well?
doesnt that affect your pulling movements though? Your back probably is slacking because your arms are toast.dont knock it til you try it, been doing it for 3 months now, i thought the shyt was dumb as well until my arms blew up, and ive been doing it ever since and ima upload some pics in a minute
