How many TDs would Mbappe score in the NFL with this footwork?

I’m not alluding to tall people - just supremely athletic specimen of black Europeans that would be superstars in the NFL.

Even right now, if a guy like Maro Itoje (rugby player) were to play in the NFL - he’d be one of the best pass rushers in the league. The size, speed & ungodly athleticism.
Doesn't mean he'll do well either. Like we haven't seen American prospects with size, speed, and athleticism flop. Gotta understand schemes. Gotta have good fundamentals and technique too.

You're really comparing being "kicked and elbowed" to the physicality of the NFL? Y'all Euro cats need to stay in your lane.

:unimpressed:

Breh, I’ve been watching NFL since I was 12/13 (I support Ravens) & I have seen worse injuries playing footy in cages than I’ve seen in the NFL.

These guys play with thick helmets & pads, lol. Try playing rugby.

Itoje is a more athletic & faster version of Ojabo (the guy Ravens drafted from Michigan last season). He’ll eat in the NFL.

I think those with those qualities that fail in the NFL just don’t have the work ethic. What you have those attributes (cue Lawrence Taylor) - you’ll eat regardless of fundamentals.

NFL players are some of the best athletes in the world.

Tariq Woolen had a 4.26 40 and a 44 inch vertical and he's a rookie :whoo:

Soccer players are fukking with them.

no he's not... :dahell: he's 185. he's cut.. not built. There's a difference and there's a lot of WRs that are even smaller.
Mbappe plays a sport that is almost entirely reliant on lower body strength, he simply doesn't the upper body strength, power and resistance to handle getting hit. It's patently ridiculous to compare the physiques of the two; Tyreek has had an entire lifetime building a resistance to handling the physicality of his sport.

Mbappe wouldn't even be able to handle HS football, let alone the NFL.

NFL players would have an easier transition to soccer than soccer players would to playing football.
:manny:

I don’t it. Most NFL players lack the footwork to play football (soccer). They’re too clumsy.

The only guys I think would be decent if they started playing football (soccer early) are:

1. Lamar Jackson - with his footwork when he’s running & how he runs, he’d be a faster version of Kanu/Adebayor.

2. Odell Beckham would be similar to the US player that plays for Juventus (McKinnie).

3. LeSean McCoy (a decent winger).

4. Kyler Murray (decent winger).

5. Justin Fields (Walmart version of Mbappe).

Those are the only ones I can think of.

someday yall won't test me.. im rarely wrong
Those listed weights aren't entirely accurate (they're only a general marker given their weights fluctuate). He was listed at 185 coming into the NFL, and he's put on more size since then.

And you can't just compare their respective weights as if it that translates to Mbappe being able to handle the same physicality.
