Everyday since like January 2021 until this last Friday
750 calories 30 mins 12 stand(never changed none of it to meet my goals and I regularly blow past my 750 goal)Alternating between strength training and cardio days with some basketball playing vs others on some days and shooting ball and working on my handles around in the middle of the week to keep my streak going
440 days streak done cuz I fukking got covid was shooting around and was going to lift later during the day and that shyt hit me like a brick midway in terms of symptoms and I just kept pushing through it.
A basketball shooting workout on my midranges/free throws and 3s that would take me 18-20 mins took me a whole damn 50 mins to finish after that I barely made it home by car
now my cardio is probably going to be fukked for a while and I just restarted to run outside to try to beat my 10k time of 45mins
I gotta put everything on pause shyt was a victory lap at this point since I made it a yr straight but I wanted to see if I could do 2 years
I guess its cool cuz it will let my body finally rest
