Everyday since like January 2021 until this last Friday
750 calories 30 mins 12 stand(never changed none of it to meet my goals and I regularly blow past my 750 goal)Alternating between strength training and cardio days with some basketball playing vs others on some days and shooting ball and working on my handles around in the middle of the week to keep my streak going

440 days streak done cuz I fukking got covid was shooting around and was going to lift later during the day and that shyt hit me like a brick midway in terms of symptoms and I just kept pushing through it.
A basketball shooting workout on my midranges/free throws and 3s that would take me 18-20 mins took me a whole damn 50 mins to finish after that I barely made it home by car

now my cardio is probably going to be fukked for a while and I just restarted to run outside to try to beat my 10k time of 45mins
I gotta put everything on pause shyt was a victory lap at this point since I made it a yr straight but I wanted to see if I could do 2 years:beli:
I guess its cool cuz it will let my body finally rest :pachaha:

Took a 3 hour nap from 9:00PM to 12:00AM. Hit the gym and closed the move and exercise rings. Now that that's out of the way I can be lazy all day just gotta stand a minute an hour for 9 hours today.

I had to take my dog on a 15 minute power walk today to close my exercise ring because I usually take Saturday off.

Going on 3 perfect weeks as of today. Almost 4 but I messed up 2 days the first week on the 14th and 19th.

Hit 500 straight on Move today

What the hell is your move goal? Mine is set at 1000. So my monthly goal from the watch was set at closing all 3 18 times this month. If I don’t get a full workout in where I burn at least 400 calories, I won’t close the ring. If my move ring was set at like 500, I would close all my rings for like 3 years straight, but I don’t trip off of that.

It varies depending on what I have going on in life each week
