Started trying on the 15th. Not that long but I took the 19th off.

On days I don't work it's a struggle to close that active energy ring. I was at the gym almost 2 hours today trying to get it 70% till close. The stand one is child's play.

I think 700 or something. I'll have to check.

Edit it's at 990. Probably why it's difficult to meet on days I don't work as I'm not active then. On days I work I meet that without going to the gym at all. Didn't work today but I more than met it. I didn't leave the gym until I pretty much closed it was the reason why. Not quite 2 hours but close.

I never set it that high but aim to be in that range.

What is this?
Rings from the Apple Watch.

Red ring is calories burned above your BMR.
Green ring is exercise minutes.
Blue ring is hours you were on your feet for at least a minute.

My goals are burn 990 calories exercise at least 30 minutes and stand at least a minute for 12 hours.

Even when I'm using my Galaxy phone I still wear the Apple Watch as a fitness tracker. Actively trying to close all those rings now.

I'm not closing any red since I don't track calories burned.

Exercise minutes can be misleading with my longer rest times while lifting.

Not sure what the purpose of tracking time spent on your feet is.
