Best of his era and the best boxer of the 90's...but his resume doesn't permit it.

I think @ Middleweight/Super-Middleweight he's the closest thing to an 'unbeatable' boxer that we ever had in the sport.

One of my favorites and in my top 5 but not my GOAT! :yeshrug:

I cant hate on anybody who does have him as the GOAT though he was fukkin incredible

Prime Roy loses to no one. I don't think he is the GOAT though, no shade.

His ring IQ was probably his most underrated asset.

PBF beats him easily. Money May draws with him, but id still favor him over roy too.

Prime Marvin beats him like its a phone booth and throws the carcass on his mothers feet :dame:

Floyd would have major issues with RJ who could not only match his foot speed but who would have faster hands than him. To me Money loses this fight. Not saying they're exactly alike but we saw what happens when you try the shoulder roll again RJ with the JT fight.

RJ vs Hagler could be a snooze fest because Roy would use his superior footwork to not make it a phone booth fight. And even if it did get to be a phone booth fight at some point, RJ is a very good inside fighter had some dog in him. Close fight & could go either way

Pbf's reactions are near perfect levels and the hand speed is a draw. Seriously prime Floyd was just as fast as Roy.

I just peeped that toney fight too this morning. James was a fat piece shyt of shyt man. Dude came in at 184 on fight night :dead:

Goat marv ain't bout to try to box shyt, he gonna go in there and swing for the fences. Either that or jab his ass off all night. My man switched styles like @Tuaminator

This is where we on the total opposite sides of the fence. Roy was P4P the fastest boxer I've ever seen. I've never seen Floyd have faster reflexes or throw combos like this at 12:00mins on. And Roy had legitimate 1 punch KO power which Floyd has never had.

Hagler would have to catch Roy & Roy's foot speed is second to none. This would be an interesting fight but I can see Roy trying to play it safe & trying to box to a UD. Let Hagler try to swing for the fences against a prime Roy & he'd get countered or walked into something HUGE. Roy had ridiculous power at 160.

This is Roy fighting a southpaw & that arguably beat Tarver. This is the fastest 2 piece I've seen. Floyd never had these kind of reflexes

30:17 on bruh & get back to me

And Toney always rehydrated pretty high on fight night. Roy was just on another level & stylistically a nightmare for him.

You sure about that, this RJJ in throwing mad punches in a second. Floyd ain't seeing Roy with that blazing speed in his prime before the jump up in weight.

Yup I was still a youngin but that's when I started to notice Roy's ring IQ was on some :wow: shyt.

Toney's defense relies on dudes over extending themselves leaving them in position to get countered after he rolls whatever. Roy always had short punches but he kept them even shorter here he was rarely in position to get countered from a HOF fighter all damn night :damn:
